Modding PWCG

Hi. I'd like to ask if it's possible to mod some aspects od PWCG. I find my rank progression toho fast. I'd also like more awards like Front flying clasps and Honour goblet. 

I've already done some minor graphic adjustments like awards design and sizes, but I'd like to change mentioned things. Is it possible? Or is Mr. Wilson considering doing this?

If you know how to do it, it'd probably be possible.  I've modified rosters, aircraft locations, availabilities, weapons, etc.  However, store a clean copy of PWCG somewhere and DON'T submit bug reports/complaints about a modified version of the game, even if you are confident it has nothing to do with your changes.  Once you crack into it you're on your own.  Given the fragile nature of the AI, and the extremes to which Pat has taken the mission builder, I've learned to leave well enough alone.
