C47 Says not available

Is the C47 released? I was in Normandy and it says it was not available for my account, but shows up as a flyable American plane in Normandy. 

I purchased it a while back, and shows in my account and the code activated

There is a thread right below this one about the same thing, It is not finished yet, so it has not been released yet.

C-47 is not released yet. It's accidental appearance in the GUI is known to the Dev's.
