Proximity and CheckZone triggers in missions won’t erroneously count non-spawned and inactive objects. In addition, what Han did not mention in the release notes is that the long present bug where vehicles placed too close to the runway prevent take off and landing with "Runway is busy" message has been addressed. You can now put vehicles right by the runway without creating interference. 1
