Kyushu map[Japan] loading error

Hi all, I'm not new here rather only post a little. So here's my question, when loading this Kyushu map the 'error loading' pops out. What could be the reason? I use mods of course but that's a built-in map I guess. Any technical advice would be much appreciated.

Disable all of the mod maps you have enabled. One of them may be causing the conflict?

If everything works correctly after all of them are disabled reactivate them one at a time until you find the one causing the

conflict.
