Does not show purchases after log-in

After logging in, it does not show that I have any purchases in the top-right. However, sometimes when I enter a wrong password and then re-enter the correct password, it shows everything back as normal. After attempting this recently however it doesn't seem to work anymore. Why is my log-in not showing my actual account's details? Is there a way to fix this? Is this because I recently opened up Rise of Flight?
