Brief description:

The P-51B doesn’t correctly shift back to low blower when descending with the supercharger control set to automatic.

Detailed description, conditions:

The P-51B automatic supercharger controls shit from low to high blower as you climb above the low blowers critical altitude, and should shift back down to low blower as you descend, but the downshift doesn’t actually occur until you are below 3000ft which is far too low.  This occurs with both the V-1650-3 and V-1650-7 engine options.  Oddly, the shifts occur at normal altitudes with either engine if you have 150 octane fuel (either version of that modification) selected.  The automatic controls work normally in the P-51D.  You can manually force it into low blower, and then set the system back to automatic, and it will have the same problem again if you climb above the shift point again.

I’ve seen this mentioned in a few threads, and tested it in game to verify, but I don’t think a bug report for it has ever been submitted.
