New VR user Issues

Hey,

 

I recently upgraded my laptop to the Dell Alienware laptop. 

I also bought the HP G2 Reverb. 

 

Last night I was trying to set it up. I had trouble following the setup. I have trouble with steam VR. I loaded up Il2 and it worked, except my stick could not do anything. 

Is there a link for "VR setup and use for (incredible) dummies" or can anyone help?

Need "SteamVR for WMR" for the G2 if you want to use SteamVR. It's different. Better still, go with opencomposite and eliminate SteamVR completely. I have a G2 and use that, XRNS and XR Toolkit. The way to go IMO.
