Hi all,

I am having difficulty getting the gun sight reticle correctly aligned on theME-410. The options are very confusing, and I can't get any to work.  The cockpit view has the reticle sitting low and the top of the reticle is only visible. I can't get any of the gun sights to work correctly to the point where it's usable in combat. Any help would be much appreciated.

Raise or lower the seat. There are multiple types of sights, set at different heights, in the 410, so looks like you have to setup your seat for each sight.

I think the game saves the head position in just one place, regardless of what sight you are using. So you have to adjust it to fit the sight.

For the telescopic sight use  Shift+V to aim down the sight.

When you have bombs and the aircraft carries the Stuvi sight, I think the head position is setup, by default,  for the dive bombing reticle, not the shooting reticle.

You must raise or lower the seat using page up/down keys. For example, if you are using TrackIR, there are two ways:

1. Disable TrackIR

2. Adjust seat position with page up/page down keys to center reticle.

3. Save seat position with F10 key

4. Enable TrackIR

The above way is my preferred method. Alternatively you can:

HOLD the Number pad 5 key as you adjust using page up/page down keys.

I think you meant Numpad 5, not F5.  F5 is one of the external camera settings. But otherwise yeah, that's what I do too.  Hold down Num5, page up/down and then (while still holding Num5) hit F10 to save position.

Thanks, yes - I went back and edited my post.
