The Option to Communicate With Air Traffic Control?

Usually in quick flight when I start up and take off, my pilot automatically requests permission to take off even though I going full speed down the runway. It's a nice small little thing and all but it would be amazing if you can choose when and what to say.

 

It would be nice to be able to open up a menu (like in DCS and Flight Sim 2020) where it shows a list of possible requests you would need to ask ATC. For example, request startup/taxi/takeoff, weather report, rearm/refuel, etc.

Why would this be needed? You can just ask me to come to your server. I was an Air Traffic Controller for 9 years.
