RTX 3090Ti HP G2 Compatibility Issue

A first world problem no doubt but I was surprised to read recently of an incompatibility between the 3090Ti and several VR headsets (G2 and Pimax). Are these issues still active?

This post is from April.  Supposedly the issue is not enough power to the display port?

Read the various threads from the links . NVIDIA may offer a display port repeater.
