Photoshop Q: what is the best way of resizing small emblems, logos etc with Photoshop?  Example:

Either with Photoshop or with something like Topaz Gigapixel or something.

Keep in mind you can’t re-create information that just isn’t there. If it’s too low res then it might be necessary to use it as a template and rebuild.

Better approach as Gambit says is to find large image (Bing Images is great source) and scale down from there. I use GIMP.

Found that preserve details 2.0 works OK; alas not in CS6 but it seems present only in CC2021.

Got a large IL1946 collection from Beebop once, and quite a few 128x128; amazing what  preserve details 2.0 does ..
