Stuttering and Laggy performance on High end PC

Hello fellow flight enthusiasts. 

I have a high end pc but I am lagging and stuttering as soon as I launch IL-2 BoS, no matter what I do with the graphics settings I still continue too stutter. 

My computer has a Intel Core i7-12700K CPU paired with 16 GB of RAM. For graphics, your system has an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090. Resolution settings is 4k and the Power is an RM850.  What more do I need? or should do and how must I optimize this? if I lower the resolution I do notice better performance however it usually crashes because its not in its  3840x 2160 setting.

My system is way worse than yours - 8600K / GTX 1070 - and I found that setting the 'VR prerendered frames' setting to 4 really helped.

You put this post in the VR section but it seems you just play with monitor in 4K.

Your system should give you top performance for a system like your in 4K with all settings maxed out.

Please, verify this list:

Perhaps the monitor is plug to the Motherboard and not the graphic card...

Lowering the resolution should not cause a system crash. Might want to do some stability testing.
