Unlimited Ammo Options please

I'm not ashamed to admit it, I love unlimited ammo.  I know it's not realistic but it's just so darn satisfying to always be able to pull the trigger and get results.   

 

But unlimited ammo can be a curse, especially for stuff hanging under your wings.  There are times when I want to jettison those stores so I can fend off an enemy fighter, but with unlimited ammo on, your stuck.  The bombs/etc. will reappear with all their weight and drag.   

 

So, my suggestion is to allow the jettison stores "i.e., LWin-D" to jettison (and no longer respawn) underwing armament when unlimited ammo is selected.

 

Alternatively the UI could be modified to let players select which weapons get unlimited ammo, or at least be able to select unlimited ammo for air to air/air vs air to ground weapon separately.

I'm just like you; flying casual offline 99.8% (yes, only flown online twice ) and you are right, some bombing missions or landing with injured plane this become a curse.

 

I guess that in IL-2 1946 version you can jettison your bombs and fuel tanks.
