Make sure you have tail wheel locked and increase power gradually once aircraft is tracking centered on the runway.  Sorry if that doesn't help much, Ive been tanking for the last few years and don't fly much anymore.

it clearly shows the problem... in the same genre, in a tiger tank, I wanted to crush a car (a car, eh, not an AA truck...)
