As said .... Yesterday I arrived to Helsinki and on Thursday were driving to the area of Kotka for a few days 

I can Google the big museums .... But is there a ' something' good the see / go to ..

Of course related the games time period winter war 39-45

Well the obvious one is Aviation Museum near airport:

When in Kotka there is Kymi airfield nearby. It was built during Continuation War to protect the Kotka city. (Gloster Gauntlet, MiG-21F, MiG-21Bis, Draken are there).

ps. if you are lucky you might meet legendary test pilot Jyrki Laukkanen at Kymi, he is there a lot. (you can find lot of interviews with him in youtube)
