How to set up gun camera position?

Hello all! I'm looking for a way to set up or maybe change one of the fixed external cameras to a more realistic gun cam position. So far all the tutorials I've found are outdated, hopefully someone know how to do it currently.

Hi there, it is only possible with certain mods.

As far as I can tell, most aircraft already have the correct gun cam position included in their fixed external cameras (Alt+F2). With the only exception I'm aware of being the Me 262.
