I-16 instrument panel

I can't find a command that will allow me to see the I-16's instrument panel. MagsTV had the perfect setting when he was evaluating the I-16, but I don't know ow to contact him. Can anyone out there help?

Under pilot head control:  Pilot head position snap modifier: custom.   The default binding may be right shift + Numpad decimal.  For me, this binding snaps to the instrument view in all the planes.
