Game/VR crashing on mission end

Hi guys, I've recently bought G2 Reverb V2 headset and I'm experiencing a rather odd issue... During the mission I have no problems whatsoever with VR, but once I click the "Finish mission" button the game crashes to desktop and the mission progress is lost... So I have to re-do it again and again. This happens 3/4 times... 

Also, just before the crash the VR view becomes blue as if I'm losing the VR connection.
Any idea what the problem might be or how I can fix it?

Does it also happen without VR enabled?

 

Did you check the Windows application event log after the crash?

Hi, thanks for the quick response,

I have no issues when I play without VR.
I will try it again next time I play and I will post event logs here.

Sounds like might be time for a fresh clean install of Windows Mixed Reality for Steam VR as well as Steam VR.
