How To Start A Co-Op Career With Friends?

Hey everyone me and my two friends are struggling to find some information about starting a co-op career for us. If anyone can teach me it will be much appreciated. If there is no option to start career please tell me about adding already scripted missions to coop mod and how to download it.

If not, send me a PM.  Our squad does regular PWCG coop missions on Sundays, and you can let us know if you'd like to know more or check it out.  We're a laid back group so no worries about anything stressful.  Just good fun flyin' & a few laughs.
