Fixed! (Enemy AI still high when I set them to rookie)

I set the enemy AI to rookie. But my buddy and I were still getting sniped by the 109 and 190 cannons (we're rookies!)

When I opened the mission in the ME, I discovered that enemy flights were set to normal with a lead plane set to high.

Is there a way (from the generator) to turn them down?
