P-38J Reticle out of position

The gunsight reticle is hidden by the bulk of the sight, and I can't see it. I can only see the very top curve of the circle. 

I'm using the default camera view. 

 

Any clues how to readjust this too correctly show the reticle?

Page up/page down keys until you get your head position centered and aligned with the sight, then press F10 to save that position.
