Help cutting the cord with Steam

Hi all,

 

Sorry in advance if this has been answered, but I couldn't find anything that directly answered my question.

 

I bought BOS a year or two ago on Steam. Since then I've bought the other battles through my IL2 account.

I've been making the switch to VR and am really happy with the results of open composite, only problem is I can't run the game through steam.

 

So, I downloaded the standalone launcher, but now do not have access to BOS content since it was purchased on Steam. With the module being on sale, I had no problem purchasing it again, but through IL2's site.

Problem is, it will not let me purchase it because it thinks it's already linked to my account, but I cannot access the content and do not have a license on my profile.

 

There is a prompt to enter a key for purchased items through Steam or other retailers, but can't find any information on what this is or where I would be able to find it.

 

Any help you guys could give would be really helpful.
