2 things concerning the rear gunner.  How do you open it up so a live person can be the gunner?  And what are the key bindings to jump from the pilot to the rear gun and be able to fire the gun?

escape,  you find it in menu,  unlock gunner position I believe,  I seldom use it and writing from memory,  Shift C if I remember correctly
