Axis recognised only in russian tanks

Been around since TC release never had it do this it refuses to accept any axis input for throttle and stick and rudders in german armor but works fine in Russian............weird

In the virtual world of today it does not surprise me.

Has it by any chance to do with a Multiplayer or a Single player mission?
