30mm MK108 Option for the Bf110 G-2

I would like to see the option for the two Mk108s instead of the four Mg17.

also with 120(left) and 135(right) rounds per gun, the Bf110 would sport a lot 30mm ammo. Could be fun.

Cheers ?

I have wondered why this loadout is not available, It may be because of the time period it was used on the Eastern front

More ground attack focused as opposed to a heavy bomber interceptor, was the 110G2 part of the Kuban plane set?

Good question. I am no expert on the BF110, but IRCC the G-2 was the main daylight version right up till the end of war, and since we do have a western front, I think that option would be reasonable,

and it would sure be welcomed by all those brave pilots who fly the BF110 in MP (and all others who dare fly a ground attacker in MP and give fighter pilots a target to shoot at)   to have that option for ground attack missions instead of the 7,92 peashooters.

Also it does the BF110 very dangerous in headons and overshooting.

While you’re at it, we need the 4 x 21cm rocket load out for the 110G-2.

Bf 110s had been chased from the daylight skies by the time 1944 rolled around. The only place you'd be seeing them by then is at night.

1943 is a different story, of course. ?

well, I guess by early/mid 44 the 110s were mostly withdrawn from daylight operations in the west.

But that would probably be true for the upcoming 410, and everyone seems excited about that one (me too ? )

TBH I was more thinking in terms of game fun, specially for MP, an fleshing out what we already have.

Where 110s units still operating in the east at daylight in 1943/44?

The last daylight 110G zerstorer sorties in the west were in early May 1944 - ZG26 had transitioned to the 410 by that point.  ZG76 continued in that role in the south out of Austria until June when they had also transitioned to 410s.  II/ZG1, also in Austria flying against the 15th AF, flew their last 110 Zerstorer sorties in mid July.
