I remember Monguse introducing me to Beebop as well as Bearcat. Both helped greatly with a couple of my video projects. Losing another long standing and respected member of the community is really sad news.

He carried that positive attitude everywhere he went and the fact that he will not be around to share himself with us anymore deeply saddens me.

Hi Wheels. Thank you for letting us know.

Beebop hosted for our sister squadron the Hell Hounds.

That’s many years ago now. Flying with Arthur and the guys out west was a pleasure reserved for Christmas and summer holidays as they came online around 1 a.m. euro time. but it was always worth it.

My sincere condolences to Arthur’s family and many friends in music and aviation.

Never really know what to say when I keep seeing these fellow simmers from way back from Forgotten Battles days passing, I remember his icon well, a regular on Ubi forums...so my condolences to his family and take to the blue sky Beebop...all the best.

Arthur helped me with several projects going back to the very early days of Forgotten Battles.  I'll miss him.  Now I feel an emptiness as it seems the IL2 community is lesser without him.

RIP Beebop. A name that has been around for a very long time. Only had contact with him at M4T a few times, but he will be missed.

That's terrible sad news. Had quite a few good conversations with him here on the forums and via PM this year about some mods. He'll be missed greatly.

I just saw this, that really sucks, I knew him ( not personally) from the old Il2 forum and corresponded with him many times, I actually conversed with him 2 weeks ago and told him if he needed to talk or anything to let me know,RIP buddy, great guy that will be missed.

About 2 years ago Arthur helped me out quite a bit as starting newbie skinner.

F.i. he sent me a nice personal collection of emblems, logo's etc.

With excuses to boot that they were all still 2k reso.

Maybe an idea for a project to rework them for 4? Post the result somewhere in his honor?

I just found that Beebop has passed away. I knew him from old IL_1946 times. He made many Finnish beautiful skins for Il2 Great Battles for me.

Rest in Peace, my friend!
