Troubles with startup Cod blitz/Tobruk

Im having troubles to start COD Blitz/Tobruk on steam. I click on game to start and the IL2 logo apears like its going to start but it doesnt it only stays there...i bought the game from the il2 homepage and also tried to activate the game on steam through the ADD Game in lower left corner like they tell us to do...so what am I missing?

Usually when the game fails to launch, the most common issue is the player's Anti Virus blocking the program.

 

When you install the game, it is best to turn off the AV, install, then turn the AV back on.

 

At this point, because the AV may now have labeled the game as dangerous, we would also recommend you add an exception for the entire IL-2 Sturmovik Cliffs of Dover install folder in your AV.

 

We also recommend you read through the 'Getting Started and Troubleshooting Guide', which is located in your main Cliff of Dover install folder... it can be helpful in getting the game up and running.
