Devices Not Recognised IL2

IL2 can only find 2 devices (Throttle and Mouse) despite haveing Pedals and Throttle Quadrant attached aswell.

 

Windows finds all attached devices them as do my other games (FS2020,DCS,XPlane)

 

I Have tired deleting and resorting the "devices.txt" without and joy. Additionally I have tried to launch under Steam (am currently using OpenComposite)

 

Game is currently unusable
