Wrong time limit for the La-5fn with the Shvetsov M-82fn engine

Currently in game this engine has a time limit of 10min in boosted mode (2500rpm 1180mm). Which can be doubled to 20min when rpms are reduced to 2400rpm, which seems questionable. Why does the reduction of 100rpm allow for double length of WEP, when the MAP is still the same, therefore the engine stress is not reduced by much.

Manuals (wartime and after war) for the plane and engine state a 5min limit. I have compiled them here:
