When I create a mission in the editor, the setting always automatically switches back to winter. As a result, 
white chain tracks form in the game. Can someone give me some advice?

Don't eat the yellow snow.

 

Other than that, does it switch to winter when you save or you just mean that when you create a new mission it defaults to winter? If the latter then there's nothing you can do apart from remembering to set the season.

You need to change the season to summer from winter in the ME and resave it. It is on the mission properties tab just below the map selection presets box.
