#5 License key is not activated

Hello,

 

I purchased this game on steam yesterday as well as a majority of the DLC. I play for about 8 hours no issues without creating a account. Well, today I decided to link an account so I could change my username for multiplayer now every time I try to launch the game I get the message #5 License key is not activated. Anyone know a way to clear this up so I can play my campaign again?

I've even purchased an additional base game for the hopes I could use that key and it will not allow me to buy for myself because it states my account already owns it.
