Blitzen Posted May 30, 2022 Posted May 30, 2022 I've been with this sim forever & I remeber one of the best surprises in the early years of game play was the occasional bicyclists out on some of the R.A.F.'s airfields. He ( or she?) wasn't always there , only every once in a while, but it was a nice little human touch, much like the zombie walkers seen all the time in Great Battles gameplay. I've never heard an explanation of why they have apparently disappeared.Is it because like the original "Easter Eggs" they were eliminated to increase FPS or something like that?

I recalled encountering a giant rabbit being chased by a giant dog along the canals of Pathologic... but then I couldn't find any evidence of texture maps for those models in the game's files/archives. Of course, if one is having a waking vision or a strange dream due to a game, it'd probably be that game... but to this day I cannot quite tell whether it was real or not.
