Implement the tactical code decal system into career

I know that the system is not on every single plane yet, however adding it to career to allow us to know whose plane we are looking on the ones that have the system in place would be very nice. Letting us actually visually ID friends and maybe even recognize enemies in repeat encounters could be pretty interesting and it would add a little variety to the career missions. It would individualize the airframes a little more and we'd see them get cycled through as some are damaged or lost.
