Purchases on the site

Hello,
I decided to write about it after having made multiple purchases directly on the IL2 site.

Why when I log in, the site is not able to see what I have already purchased?

This is not practical at all because I risk buying 2 or more times items that I already have. It seems to me that for Rise of flight, buying new planes, new maps or new campaigns was easier because you could already see what you had when you were connected to the site. Why is this not the case on your current site?

If you go to shop and profile you'll find purchases and corresponding serials ...
