New electric landing lights

I would like to make the following suggestion:
It would be very interesting for the airfields in Europe to have electric landing lights instead of the fire landing lights as was common on the Eastern Front.( new effect)

It doesn't even have to be a new effect; as far as I'm concerned, they could reuse the nav lights.

 

I tried modding an effect for this myself, but unfortunately I couldn't find a way to get the effect to show up; apparently it's partly embedded in the .mgm file.
