Wellington bombardier freezes time

I've encountered a bug in all Wellington variants with a bombardier seat. When I switch into it, the time basically stops for the Wellie I am in. All of the other planes can fly, I can look around, the engines are spinning but the plane is not moving. I've uploaded a video showing the problem : https://streamable.com/0ashoh. Is there a specific bug report thread where I can submit it to the developers?

You have to register to get access there.

 

The problem with the Wellington bombardier position has been reported by several other people already.

The developers know about it and I believe they are working on this issue.
