Beautiful Channel Front skin! Any more from 41 to 42 would be awesome.

Yes - just working on Sigfried schnell´s A-4 (in game a Fw190A-3 skin), nearly done

... and some others ?

Siegfried Schnell ´s plane is reday for download:

Fw190A-4, WNr 746, 9./JG 2, Pilot Siegfried Schnell, France spring 1943

(In game a skin for the Fw190A-3, included one skin with alpha layer and one without.)

interesting are the two different eagle wings on the left and right side, one with an eagle head and one without - the knights cross symbol on top of the kill markings has driven me nearly nuts, countless hours before it got finished ?

Fw190-A4-Sigfried-Schnell-No1.png

the skin is available here:

http://axis-and-allies-paintworks.com/e107_plugins/download/download.php?action=view&id=1268

and one more ...

Fw190A-6, WNr 530120, JG 26, Pilot Josef "Pips" Priller, France February 1944

corrected to V2 - fixed a small bug with the alpha layer concerning the engine internals

Fw190-A6-Priller-No2.png

Spoiler

Fw190-A6-Priller-No1.png

This plane is often shown with the chevron markings of the Kommodore, which is true - but later on, Priller overpainted the chevron markings with his beloved number 13.

Really excellent skins. Now go and try Sepp Wurmhellers yellow two of 9./JG2 ?

Hi Boelcke,

Thank you for the wonderful skins, they are superb.

I just noticed that you can see the ground behind the propeller in the Priller Alpha version, is it possible to fix it?

Thank you very much.

Posted (edited)

Will check it tomorrow  - perhaps you can post a screenshot? would be easier for me to find the problem

EDIT: I noticed the problem, looking from the front of the nose through propeller, you can see through the engine - will have a look at it

couldn´t resist to post a pic from the first trial on a Fw190A-5 from SKG 10 1943 - used for night attacks

Thank you for your work, it's great!

Any chance to have some blanks 41-44' JG2/JG26 skins as those you did for late 109 and 190?

Yes, sure, but give me some time, a lot of work to do atm. Perhaps at the end of the year, i can do a pack of skins.
In the meantime i can do the next skins together with an additional blank skin included.

For the late 109s there are already skin packs of blanks for the G14 and K4 existing, check the A&A download section.

For the G14:

http://www.axis-and-allies-paintworks.com/e107_plugins/download/download.php?action=view&id=1225

and for the K4

http://axis-and-allies-paintworks.com/e107_plugins/download/download.php?action=view&id=1226

perhaps these skins are also of any interest for you:

I already downloaded the late war skinpacks, that's why I asked if you had in mind to do the same for "early" Fw190/109, but take your time!

At least the blank early 109ˋs arenˋt to much work, so in the next weeks they will surely arrive your hangar. ?

Fw190D-9, WNr 600xxx, 2Chevron, SG2?, Wanzleben March 1945

The plane, was found by US troops at the end of March 1945 in southern Germany. It´s a Fieseler build aircraft, painted RLM 76/83/82, with partly unpainted lower wings in the w2 scheme, typical for Fieseler build planes.

The unit is not clear, most likely it did belong to SG 2 but also JG 11 is possible.

Thank you @Boelcke and especially that you include blank skin always! With new tactical markings BOTH type of skins are very helpful for mission builders.

I will do a small pack of Dora 9 blank skins also in the future, featuring the different paint schemes of the different factories where the planes were build.

Very nice!

Short question: Sure about southern Germany? Because there is a Wanzleben located just between the former Focke-Wulf plant (AGO) in Oschersleben and Magdeburg.

Actually pretty much in the middle of Germany, then and now. Between that it was called SBZ by some guys. ?
