Gunsight Reticle no visible

Hi all,

Having some difficulty getting my gun sight reticle to show when flying my FW-190A-8. Difficult to shoot anything down without the reticle working. Not sure what I did to lose it!

I have noticed when flying and making  turns or climbs at steep angles you can partially see the Reticle on the edges of the sight. So, I am assuming there is a process where it can be realigned with the sight. Is it a camera issue or Pilot head problem or something else?

Not sure where to start. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Very frustrating!

It sounds to me like the default view got skewed to the side or off-centered somehow.   There is a bit of "drift" that comes with adding G forces that makes the sight seem to sink down in the reflector glass but, this seems like the base view is off.

Try going to:  (folder)   IL2 Sturmovik Great Battles  > data > LuaScripts > snapviews > defaults   and copy/paste the FW-190A-8 file back into the snapviews main folder.  It should ask you if you want to replace the file. Select Yes.

This should reset the default cockpit view back to centered.  You can custom adjust it from there.
