Servers with Axis vs Axis, Allies vs Allies?

Are there any servers which allow for intra-side dogfights, or just completely free plane selection?

I think it would be interesting to have matchups like e.g.:

• 109s vs 190s,
• spitfires versus mustangs,
• and La-5 vs Typhoons or thunderbolts.
