Coop career for new players

Couldn't find anything simple to download for some version of the career for coop. I installed PWCG and took a look at the ME but they are very complex for a noob and don't seem to offer anything but single missions. We were hoping to just be able to go through the career together. I've tried searching this subject for awhile, can anyone point me towards something easy? Thanks kindly.
