=IRFC=Gascan Posted May 14, 2022 Posted May 14, 2022 The infantry, manned trenches, and horse-drawn carts and artillery were really cool to see in action. Those would make a big contribution to the game. I also liked all the various aerodrome doodads. It looked like the DFW wings just popped off with very little effort, the Albatross AI failed to avoid the ground (twice), the flare gun seemed to launch a 6" star shell, and there wasn't any VR. That last one is the single biggest reason I came back to flight simming and WW1 in particular. Still, there's definitely things that have been lost since moving from RoF to FC. Infantry, both marching/fighting and dug in with trenches or sandbags, would make a big difference for Tank Crew as well as FC. Pretty sure horses were also very important for the German army during WW2 as well as WW1. Great video. You captured great footage and put it together in a very coherent story. 1

J99_Sizzlorr Posted May 15, 2022 Posted May 15, 2022 (edited) To be fair, horse-drawn carts, and infantry were mods for Rise of Flight and not in the base game. And other than that I couldn't see anything that RoF offers that FC does not. But I saw the problems RoF has with it's AI and I saw even weaker wings than in FC.
