Download link for setup exe in my profile doesn't work

Hello Everyone,

 

I am trying to install the game and am trying to download from my profile here https://il2sturmovik.com/download/ and it just times out. I see it is trying to hit the URL https://il2bosrd1.cdnvideo.ru/x64/IL2_setup_Great_Battles.exe but nothing happens. Any ideas?
