Oxygen masks on crew?

IE: the gunner on the Stuka.   I noticed he doesn’t put on oxygen, at altitude, but the pilot does.   Bug, feature or lovers quarrel playing out in a  premeditated high altitude mission?

The gunner uses the old pilot model, which doesn't have oxygen masks.
