Mission failed and the generator can't find my mission file.(FC)

I make my mission, fly it, as soon as I take of the objective is complete, I fly the mission and land, I get mission failed, when I go for debreif in the generator, it claims it can't fine any mission file.

It says,  could not perform AAR, Unable to find matching log set.

Yet the combat report file is where is is suposed to be.
