Are there newer than 2018 settings for best quality and performance for VR?

Everything i've seen on forums is terribly outdated and not kept up to date. All I want to do is run the game and actually play if after weeks of trying to get it looking not like play-doh on my eyes. I've tried messing with the startup.cfg but some are so old they're missing the vr settings all together, and they ruined my game and I had to uninstall and lose all of my keybinds and settings. Very frustrating, any links or help at all would be greatly appreciated.

Depends a lot of what your hardware is and what your tolerances are. 

 

Good first step to to go to the Hardware Software and Controllers forum, get the SYN_Vander benchmark and run it to see where your system is.

 

Unfortunately the VR tuning thread got merged so it's about three threads out of order now, but I ended just turning off everything and turning them back on to see how they impacted the Vander track. 

 

You can get a pretty decent idea of how the settings look from there.

What sort of pc specs do you have? What headset? I think that VR tuning posts should begin with those factors in mind.

Someone help me please with my VR settings. Lol. Agreed, everything is outdated that I've searched for.
