Printing screenshot for display

I have a couple of screenshots from the game that I really like. The composition and coloring really turned out well considering the randomness of capturing that perfect angle while airplanes are buzzing around. What I'd like to do is have them printed and mount them in  frames to hang in my game room. I up scaled them in Photoshop and the screens still looked sharp in detail. 

 

I do have a few questions though. First, is this even permissible to do for my personal use only or would it still be considered copyright infringement? And secondly, if someone has had a screenshot printed, at what resolution did you use? Finally, who did you use to print the picture and were you pleased with the result? I've looked at a few services advertised online but they didn't offer exactly what I wanted. That is the full, wide screen we have in game. It seemed all wanted to crop the picture somewhat.

Of course you can print them for personal use. No problem. I would upscale them using tools that can make it print resolution first though.
