JG1_Schulte Posted April 27, 2022 Posted April 27, 2022 As the tile says, since the last GreatBattles update. Relative translation for yaw in opentrack isn't working. Testing/reinstall not yielding results. Trying to figure out if its the update (game) or opentrack. Thanks Mox
impulse200 Posted April 28, 2022 Posted April 28, 2022 Works for me. With usual opentrack quirks for relative translation. But it works. Opentrack version 2022.1.1 I presume you've checked if it is on in settings?
JG1_Schulte Posted April 29, 2022 Author Posted April 29, 2022 (edited) Thanks impluse! Yes all settings correct..."RT" x axis with yaw, is bent somehow. Have to assume its in opentrack files Thanks Mox Edited April 29, 2022 by JG1_Schulte

I mean if it is turned on then center of rotation is stationary and does not change with head movement along x/y/z axis. that result in camera move along wide arc when turning if you move your head along those axis. otherwise it works ok for me.
JG1_Schulte Posted April 29, 2022 Author Posted April 29, 2022 "Bent" brevity for damaged. Did a re install of opentrack down to the registry last night, same results Picture Left: Yaw to z is clearly working as the rear of the aircraft is zooming out with yaw rotation! With -1* neck displacement...my six is "left" on the aircraft, in a right "OT" yaw. Picture Right: is a manually created depiction of what I had and correct, before the update. Even with a positive neck displacement, right Yaw will not shift the head view to the right side of the aircraft. Works flawlessly in DCS, and Cliffs of Dover Thanks Impluse, been using open track for years, after freetrack craped out. I even remember when IL2 bos had check 6 "x axis" backwards. Something changed.
