Stalingrad as Egypt mod gone?

Good afternoon to all. My first post on the site. Awesome mods! Thank you all for your hard work and dedication. I have one question regarding the Stalingrad as Egypt mod. Was the mod pulled out of the site? Is the author updating it?  I am trying to download the mod, but takes me to a dead end. I will appreciate any response. Thanks in advanced. GOD Bless.
