Rheinland winter map texture since 4.704

Does anyone else encounters what it seems to be a texture bug on Rheineland map (winter) since last patch?

Screens above show the problem, below same map and location on summer, and Moscow (winter) to compare

 

Mods off, I have a RTX 3060, drivers 512.15.
