... Today, we celebrate (or mourn) on 104th anniversary of death of WW1 ace of aces, Manfred von Richthofen. As we've been doing on this day for quite few years, let's paint the skied over Flugpark red today. If your plane has a red skin (MvR, Udet, that fancy red spad or ever-popular red nosed S.E) today is the moment to put it on. It's also Thursday, so I know you will be there :).

I came across a red painted Albatross last night on Flugpark, and and sent it out of control after a nice fight....now I feel bad. Salute, Rittmeister!

If only the Red Falcon had been flying a D7 on that fateful day. The Aussie gunners would have had no chance and May's Camel would have gone down as a footnote in history as "out of control wings folded."
